Tes Framing

TES Protect replaces a number of traditional products in one product that is both easier to use and better for the environment. The reduction in the products required for the build means a faster building time and lower and more predictable budgets than most traditional builds.

• TES Protect, TES Finish and TES Flooring products can be used with any building frame from traditional timber and bricks and mortar to bamboo and steel.
  Our own TES Framing products are produced with our automated Roll Former which is a compact frame production unit that requires only an electrical power connection..

  All the frames, beams, floor joists, roof panels and wall frames are produced in exact accordance with the architect’s drawings complete with window and door openings, ready for simple assembly, using less steel while reducing margin of error.
  It is totally mobile so it can be easily positioned anywhere in a factory space or at the project site and made ready for production in a matter of hours after being commissioned by our specialist team of Service & Support Engineer/Technicians.
  The assemblies are inexpensively secured with air-operated rivet guns using steel rivets readily available at the local market.
